LDCC serves the largest geographic area of any community college in the state. With eight campuses in eight different parishes, the college covers a 2,100 square mile area and has about 7,800 combined credit and noncredit students. LDCC’s Act 360 projects include one new campus and significant updates to four other campuses.  LDCC’s main campus in Monroe will see a new Advanced Technology Center, allowing the college to expand its technology programs including additional high bay space for additional industrial training programs, conference areas, offices, and meeting spaces.
