 Alexandria, LA 71302

Formed in 2012, Central Louisiana Technical Community College is one of the newest colleges in the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. The institution combines a main campus in the city of Alexandria with six rural technical colleges and one extension, resulting in a network of campuses with an aligned mission. Central Louisiana Technical Community College’s Act 360 project is a $21.5 million Workforce Industrial Training Campus in Alexandria. This replacement campus will serve as a hub for the region and will attract a new generation of students to community and technical education. The modern, state of the art space will enable the college to offer expanded curriculum programs that complement the region’s advancing workforce needs in areas that include healthcare, welding, industrial maintenance, construction, business administration and general education.

The facility will feature modern classrooms, laboratories, a library, shops, student activities and faculty and staff offices. It will provide students a high quality, efficient college experience, and will help increase the number of qualified workers for regional businesses.
